Usually, the superlative for a great kicker in the NFL has something to do with his leg. A “great boot”, “great leg”, or something to that sense, are the common terms for the player in the position full of pressure.
The Pittsburgh Steelers chief coach Mike Tomlin prepared a new way of describing veteran Chris Boswell on Sunday after he stuck a 60-yard field goal to put the team ahead 34-23 with 1:03 remaining in the game against the New York jets. The Steelers clung to victory.

“Our kicker is a serial killer,” Tomlin told reporters. “It has a low pulse rate. You can’t wait to deliver.”
Boswell has been able to provide these clutch kicks regularly. It was 2 for 2 from the field goal range and stuck the four extra points on Sunday. He hit a 56 -yard field goal in the second quarter. Without Boswell’s brands, Steelers probably don’t win the game.
“Bos always does 60 in the previous game,” Tomlin added. “Bos always wants to hit from the deep. The one he did in the first half, I don’t even know if he even looked at me. It’s fourth below and walked through the field. But that’s the type of person you want to hit for those circumstances.”
He joined the Steelers as a free not recruited agent in 2015 and nailed 90.6% of his attempts in his rookie season. It was enough for Pittsburgh to continue bringing back to the list.

Boswell obtained the second Bowl assent from his career and his first selection All-Pro last season. He was 41 of 44 years in field goal attempts. The 41 makes LED the NFL. It was 13 of 15 from 50 yards or more.
Pittsburgh will have additional attention this season due to the high profile acquisitions of Aaron Rodgers, DK Metcalf, Jalen Ramsey and others during the low season.

To reach a victory in week 1 will certainly calm critics, for now.
