The Pakistan Military Parade will take place on Sunday, March 23, although in a “limited scale” due to the sacred month of Ramadan, Pakistan said Thursday.

The contingents of the three armed forces of the country will participate in the event. The decision to reduce the parade was taken due to the current month of Ramadan.

Unlike last year’s parade, which was held in Parade Avenue in Islamabad, the 2025 event is scheduled to take place in the AIWAN-E-SADR. President Asif Ali Zardari will be the main guest for the occasion, Radio Pakistan confirmed.

The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) will also participate with a Flypast, showing combat planes during the event. Foreign ambassadors and other distinguished guests have been invited to attend the ceremony. On the day of Pakistan, foreign dignitaries and national heroes are traditionally honest with the country’s highest civil awards.
