In an interview with Public Citizen on Thursday, Ellison appeared to boast of his legal battle on the subject, which he presented in April.

“Due to this problem of them trying to exclude transgender athletes. And what we are talking about is children. We are talking about children, minors, who all they want to do is be in the team and build relationships with their friends,” he added. “But this guy has said ‘no, they must be excluded, they must be cheados.” We said ‘absolutely demons no!’ “
The White House previously provided a statement to Pak Gazette Digital responding to Ellison’s demand.
“Why would an adult man demand the Trump administration to allow other biological men to participate in women’s sports? This is spooky and anti-woman,” said White House spokesman Harrison Fields, Pak Gazette Digital.
Minnesota was one of the first states to openly challenge the executive order to “keep men out of women’s sports,” and is currently under investigation by the United States Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services for their challenge.
State policies that allow trans athletes to play in girls sports allowed a Trans Softball pitcher taken to Champlin Park High School to the state championship last spring, lighting the national controversy and a lawsuit against Ellison by three women’s softball players in the state.

The lawsuit appoints three school districts, Ellison, the executive director of the League of the Secondary School of the State of Minnesota, Erich Martens, the commissioner of the Department of Education of Minnesota, Willie Jett, and the commissioner of the Department of Human Rights of Minnesota, Rebecca Lucero as accused.
One of Softball’s anonymous players involved in the lawsuit previously told Pak Gazette Digital what it was like to face the Trans athlete, who led Champlin Park High School to the state championship this season.
“Hitting against him is not only a physical challenge, but also a mental. It is a mental battle to know that he has an advantage in the sport I grew up playing, which makes it even wanting to hit him. His ability to obtain outs and spin He is competing against someone who has unfair advantages without confidence, “the player is also a player.”
“This problem has affected me in a way that I never imagined. It is simply unfair and hate that nothing happens that changes that. The boys should not be able to make girls in teams just because they are able to do so. I hope that more girls affected by this problem face this.”
The anonymous player also called Ellison for aggressively defending trans inclusion in girls’ sports in the state.
“It’s really annoying to know what [Ellison] It is not serious to take girls and women. He is allowing boys to compete with girls, and is not safe and completely unfair. Knowing that AG Ellison supports complete so that children and men take advantage of women in sports is absolutely unpleasant and incorrect, “added the player.
The Minnesota State Legislature could not approve the “Preserve the sporting act of girls“In early March, he would have declared that” only students can participate in an athletic team or primary or secondary level sport that an educational institution has restricted women and girls. “
