The Department of Health and Human Services of the United States has launched an investigation of the title IX on the state of Minnesota after a transgender launcher led Champlin Park High School to a state championship earlier this month.
HHS announced the investigation on Thursday, directly citing the controversial softball situation.
“The participation of the male athlete was instrumental, which led the team to win the state title,” said the announcement.
The HHS Civil Rights Office, Paula M. Stannard, insisted that the State must follow the Federal Law, and not its current state laws that allow trans inclusion in girls’ sports.

“The females cannot be relegated outside under title IX,” Stannard said in the announcement. “As a receptor of federal funds, Title IX requires that Minnesota guarantee fair and safe opportunities for women to compete in segregated by sex, regardless of the obligations of state law.”
The State is already under investigation by the US Department of Education for their state laws that allow biological men in girls’ sports and challenge the executive order of “keeping men outside the women’s sports” of President Donald Trump. This investigation was elevated to the Federal Research Team of Title IX, which operates together with the Department of Justice, on June 12.
The State is also dedicated to a couple of demands on the subject, one presented by the state attorney general Keith Ellison against the Trump administration, and another presented by three anonymous women’s softball players against Ellison and the State for having to compete with a Trans athlete.
The State also did not approve a bill that would have prohibited the biological men of the sports of girls and women in early March after the Democrats in the State Legislature voted against.
This allowed the Trans Launcador, the Junior Marissa Rothenberger, to have a dominant playoff career for Champlin Park. Rothenberger launched a complete play bleached, allowing only three hits and struggling six in the championship game on Friday, limiting a race that saw Rothenberger launch the 21 tickets in three state games of the tournament, yielding only two races.
The organization that represents the plaintiffs who demand the State for their policies, Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), previously provided a statement from one of the players about their experience faced by the Trans athlete.
“Hitting against him is not just a physical challenge, but also a mental. It is a mental battle to know that he has an advantage in the sport I grew up playing, which makes it even want Knowing that you are competing against someone who has unfair advantages leaving little with little confidence “, the player”, the player “, the player”, the player.
“This problem has affected me in a way that I never imagined. It is simply unfair, and I hate that nothing changes that.

The anonymous player also called the Minnesota Keith Ellison attorney for aggressively defending trans inclusion in girls’ sports in the state. Ellison has filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump and the United States Department of Justice on the Executive Order to “keep men out of Trump’s women’s sports.”
“It’s really annoying to know what [Ellison] It is not serious to take girls and women. He is allowing boys to compete with girls, and is not safe and completely unfair. Knowing that AG Ellison supports complete so that children and men take advantage of women in sports is absolutely unpleasant and incorrect, “added the player.
The Champlin Park school district provided a statement to Pak Gazette Digital defending the decision to allow the athlete to compete in the softball team.

“In addition, the district is appointed in an active demand that limits what information can be shared.”
Ellison’s office previously published a statement that responded to the lawsuit against the State for Rothenberger’s participation in the girl’s softball season.
“In addition to exercising and the fun of the competition, playing sports comes with so many benefits for young people. Building friendships that can last a lifetime, learn to work as part of a team and feel that you belong,” Ellison said.
“I think it is wrong with a group of students, who already face higher levels of harassment and harassment, and tell these children that they cannot be in the team who they are. I will continue to defend the rights of all students to practice sports with their friends and classmates.”
