Miranda Kerr and her husband Evan Spiegel have an important rule about phones at home.

In an interview with People magazine, The couple argued how they make sure that their children grow up with healthy limits when it comes to technology.

Spiegel, the CEO of Snap Inc., said: “I have seen firsthand the incredible ways in which technology can help people stay connected, and I am very happy that my children are growing in a world where they have access to digital tools that allow them to express themselves, learn and connect with their friend.”

“I also want them to be aware and prepared for the risks that lead to being online, on all platforms, and remain aware of how technology makes them feel. That is why, in Snapchat, we present the keys: a guide for digital security,” he added.

On the other hand, Kerr also pointed out: “As a mother, I am very aware of how our children interact with technology, from establishing healthy screen time habits to also adopt the ways in which technology can be a powerful tool for learning and connection.”

“For example, we use Snapcat every day to keep our family in Australia, but we also have strict rules at home. For our older son Flynn, who is 14 years old, that means there are no photos or computers in the bedroom after 9:30 pm”

“Recently I sat with him to complete the keys, the new Snapchat digital security course, and opened such significant conversations about responsible and healthy relationships with technology,” he added.

Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel are parents of children Hart, 7, Myles, 5, and Pierre, 18 months. Meanwhile, the actress also shares Flynn, 14 with the ex -husband Orlando Bloom.
