The MLB reliever Jason Adam obtained the first assent of his career while gathering a first dominant half of the season that came out of the bullpen for San Diego’s parents.
Adam was in the church with his wife when he received the call from the parents manager, Mike Shildt, about the selection of stars. However, immediately, Adam said, his wife thought he was going to be changed.

“I feel that my phone vibrates, and I’m like, ‘Oh, it’s Shildty’, and I show my wife, and immediately says: ‘Oh, my God, in no way, we are exchanged,’ ‘he told People Magazine on Wednesday.
He said he came out to attend the call and learned the good news. He returned to the service and told his wife, Kelsey, whom he said he exploded.
“It caused a small scene in the church,” he said. “But she was crying, very excited.”
Adam said he called his parents next to tell them and gave them credit to help him get where he is currently in his career.

Commercial fear was very justified. San Diego is Adam’s fifth team in eight MLB seasons. He began with Kansas City’s real before moving to the Toronto Blue Jays, the Chicago puppies, the rays of Tampa Bay and finally the parents.
San Diego acquired it in 2024 and really began to have an impact at that time.
This season, Adam has an effectiveness of 1.58 in 45 games with 52 strikeouts. He had 81 strikeouts in his career between the Rays and parents last season, appearing in 74 games.

San Diego has 49-43 this season. Fernando Tatis Jr., Manny Machado and Robert Suárez will also represent the parents in the game of stars.
