MLB referee Mark Ripperger is receiving praise for what he called a recent game.
Ripperger was behind the dish for Thursday between Kansas City’s reais and the Minnesota Twins. While the Royal Campocorto, Bobby Witt Witt Jr., Sacriz’s fly broke the tie in the seventh entrance, much of the talk after the game was about Ripperger.

The referee was attributed to call a “perfect game”, which is something that, according to reports, has happened again in the era of the referee scorecuts.

Kansas City followed Minnesota for a race on Thursday before meeting in the seventh entrance. The Royal Operator Michael Wacha launched 5.1 tickets, renouncing two races won. He also struck out four batters.

The 2-3 victory of the Royals over the Twins on Thursday was followed by a 7-0 defeat against the Guardians on Friday.
The former MLB referee, Pat Hoberg, is attributed the only other perfect game for the referee that Scorecards has registered. Hoberg achieved that feat in game 2 of the World Series 2023.
