The Los Angeles Dodgers were without Star Mookie Betts in the victory of the 8-5 team over the New York Yankees due to a phenomena injury of the feet that, according to the reports, suffered walking to a bathroom.

The manager of the Dodgers, Dave Roberts, said that Betts will lose the games against the Yankees on Saturday and Sunday, but do not expect the eight times All-Star to go to the injured list.
“I feel safe to say it’s day by day,” said Roberts, “but putting on a shoe today was difficult for him.”
Betts is having a negative year, in relation to his career numbers. The MVP to 2018 has an average .254 batting with eight homers and 31 ranges and an OPS of .742 in 53 games this season.

Betts’s phenilla is not the first for Dodgers this season. The first Freddie Freeman base had a similar incident that made him lose nine games after he realized the shower and aggravated his right ankle surgically repaired.

“Mookie’s foot of the foot, that’s a bit strange, like what happened to me,” Freeman said after the victory of the Dodgers. “You threw the speed blows on the road. We did it last year and we did well. Helpping, we can do it again this year.”
