Further Silent hill Remakes could be on the horizon as Silent Hill 2 Remake Bloober Team developer is ready to continue his association with Konami.
The continuation of the association was announced on the Bloober team website (through Gamesindustry.biz). The post confirms that the Japanese Polish developer and editor “continues his association, announcing the signing of a new agreement for a joint project. After the massive success of the new version of one of the most anticipated psychological horror games, Silent Hill 2 – The developers are now focusing on a new game based on the Konami IP. “
The CEO of the Bloober team, Piotr Babieno, declared that the association had been “incredibly fruitful”, and added: “We cannot reveal too many details at this time, but we are sure that fans will be as excited about our collaboration like us. We cannot expect to share something really special with the players when it is the right time.”
At present, there is no information on what this new project is. But it seems likely that the Bloober team can be established in the delivery of another new version, potentially for the original 1999 or its direct sequel Silent Hill 3. It could even be totally original Silent hill qualification. In that case, it would be interesting to see the opinion of the Bloober team in the city within the limits of a new story.
At present, Bloober’s team is working on a science fiction horror game Cronos: The New Dawn. It will be an original developer project, and is currently scheduled for its launch in 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC.
