A woman died in a fire in her home in the Bagh-E-Korangi area of ​​Karachi, while two children were seriously injured.

The fire suddenly exploded on the ground floor of a residential house in Bagh-E-Korangi, located within the jurisdiction of the Awami colony police station in Karachi. The fire intensified rapidly, causing serious injuries to the three people present in the house. The police, the rangers, the KMC Fire Brigade and the 1122 rescue staff responded quickly to the scene.

As a result of the fire, all the rooms and belongings in the house were completely destroyed, although the kitchen remained unharmed. The woman who died of Burns was identified as Gulshan, wife of Rashid. The injured children, identified as asthma (also known as Hafza) and Ahmed, are the son and daughter of the deceased woman.

Fire officer Javed Hassan of Shah Faisal Town declared that two burned batteries were found on the site, suggesting that the fire was caused by a short circuit.

Meanwhile, in the Mauripur area, near Hawks Bay Grace, a fire broke out in a Suzuki vehicle during the welding, leaving two people severely burned. They were transported to the Civil Burning Room by an Edhi ambulance. Wounded individuals were identified as Shahid, 17, son of Umar and Amir, son of Nazar Hussain.

In addition, a store in the Korangi mobile market No. 4 in Karachi suddenly caught fire, which quickly intensified. Upon receiving the report, two Fire trucks from the KMC Fire Brigade arrived at the site and controlled the fire in a short time.

A month ago, the fire that exploded in the Ghariyali building in Saddar was controlled, with five people safely rescued from the facilities.

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Fire Director (KMC), Humayun Khan, declared that when receiving information about the fire on the third floor of the Ghariyali building near the business market, a tender for Saddar’s fire station was sent to the scene . However, the fire spread rapidly from the third floor to parts of the fourth and fifth floors.
