Islamabad:
The National Committee of Commerce of the Assembly Assembly requested on Tuesday the improved administrative supervision of the Plant Protection Department to avoid recurrent interruptions in Pakistan’s rice exports, a vital sector of the country’s agricultural economy.
The Committee reviewed the progress of crucial legislative measures and examined pressures related to trade aimed at strengthening the commercial landscape of Pakistan.
Among the main concerns discussed was the issue of delays and interruptions that have hindered rice exports in recent months.
