Naomi Campbell has denied having been expelled from the biggest fashion night.

The 54 -year -old British supermodel, addressed the speculation of its prohibition after the September 2024 DISS towards the Vogue chief editor and met with the host, 75, in a recent statement.

“Congratulations to Anna Wintour, the brilliant designers, the dedicated team of Gala Met and the impressive assistants of the extraordinary celebration tonight,” he wrote on social networks before the event.

Then he continued with respect to the subject: “I have to say, what perfect moment for the Superfine: adapt the theme of black style. It really celebrates how black dandyism has given fashion and how fashion has been a way for black people to express who they are and claim their power.”

Campbell then clarified that she was invited to attend and it was her choice not to go. “I felt very honored to be invited to the great event tonight, but unfortunately he can’t do it.”

“Although I am not there in person,” he added. “I am with all of you in spirit, carried by the legacy of my beloved friend, the deceased Andre Leon Talley. His dominant presence, vision and belief that fashion is art helped shape what the Met gala presents tonight.”

The model signed with: “I can’t wait to see how everyone mixes African and European style traditions in those famous steps tonight! Creativity will be incredible. With all my love and admiration, Naomi Campbell.”

Campbell shared in a recent interview that he will no longer attend the event because he feels “too old.”

“‘It’s my last. I can’t … I’m too old. It’s too much for me, anxiety,” the supermodel in a YouTube video last week, referring to his 2024 gala appearance.

For the unverse, the Campbell and Wintour dispute caused at the New York Fashion Week ceremony last September, where the Vogue head was assigned to present the supermodel with the fashion icon award.

Anna, who according to the reports left the event early, blamed the supermodel by accusing her of being “late” and left without presenting the Gong to Campbell.

When the model entered, Harper’s Bazaar Chief editor Samira Nasr awarded the prize to Campbell instead.

The star of the track responded to Wintour’s Diss, saying: “I mean this. Everything is intended to function. It was not my choice to have the other lady. I prefer to have this,” said Campbell, pointing to Nasr.

A DISS comment at Campbell’s publication of the night said: “Why are you always late? So disrespectful with everyone.
