Islamabad:
The Federal Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar presided on Thursday the opening meeting of a committee formed under a National Plan of Action Revised (NAP) in the middle of a recent increase in terrorism in the country in the directive of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
The Committee has been established to evaluate anti -terrorist measures, address violent extremism and fill legal gaps.
The meeting was attended by Ministers of Provincial Law and the Federal Secretary of Law, who appreciated the reforms of Criminal Justice of the Federal Government. It was collectively decided to work in legal reforms urgently to guarantee rapid justice.
