Nathan Fillion recently revealed how long he wants to appear on The rookie.

Expressing his thoughts, Fillion confessed that he still doesn’t know if he will ever stop working on The rookie, which is currently in production for its eighth season.

He joked and said, “Either I would teach acting, particularly how to act through a distraction, or I would do something like a sunset booze cruise where everyone would have to call me captain.”

“I’m very fortunate to do what I love to do, which is acting and telling stories, and then there’s this whole other component that’s so strange, the celebrity part. I like to think that this whole industry is a little crazy and quirky,” Fillion said.

And then have a gentle retirement visiting The Rookie and dabbling in the four or seven Rookie spinoffs that are still going and very, very popular. In the meantime, when I’m not working on them, I’d like to be at my beach house,” Nathan Fillion explained.
