Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the president of the Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N), Nawaz Sharif are expected to go to London next week, according to sources close to the Sharif family.
Nawaz is expected to undergo a routine medical check -up during his stay, which will probably last about two weeks, the sources said.
The trip will also include political commitments. Nawaz is expected to address the PML-N abroad convention in London, where Europe party workers and beyond will meet.
Punjab Prime Minister Maryam Nawaz is also likely to accompany his father in the visit, according to the party experts.
Family sources also indicated that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to join them in London after his official visit to Belarus.
It is also said that key meetings involving upper members of the Sharif family are scheduled during the London stay.
