The speculation quickly began to lash out that Tatum had injured the Achilles.
On Tuesday, the Celtics confirmed that the star striker broke the right Achilles tendon. The team also announced that Tatum underwent a medical procedure to repair the torn tendon.

The Celtics described Tatum surgery as “successful”, but warned that there is currently no “schedule” for their return. The 27 -year -old is expected to recover completely, according to Celtics.
Tatum threw himself into the ball while trying to recover the possession of the Celtics in the 2:58 brand in the fourth quarter. Then he seemed to experience a serious problem with his right leg, before immediately calling a waiting time.

Tatum seemed to have considerable pain while laying on the court and grabbed his leg. He was later helped to stand up and helped the court before sitting in a wheelchair.
The series returns to Boston for game 5 on Wednesday while Celtics seek to avoid elimination.
