He approached his girlfriend Kailyn Storovich, a member of the Nebraska dance team, knelt and asked him to marry him. She said: “Yes.” The cornhuskers social media team caught the moment in the camera and published the moment in their accounts.
“I could not think of a better place to do it, to tell you that I love you and I want to be with you for the rest of my life,” it was heard telling Storovich.
Lindemeyer’s teammates jumped as he knelt before his girlfriend. The two shared a kiss while he put the ring around his finger.

“The right boys. I hope to play my heart for you every night. This is the love of my life here,” he said, addressing his teammates.
It was the cherry at the top of a wild night for the cornhuskers.
Raiola had 364 aerial yards and four touchdowns in the laundering victory. It was the greatest number of points that the team had scored in a game since 2007 and most yards (728) in a game since 2014.
“It’s a new football style in Nebraska,” Raiola said. “We are not going to be a team of the first half and get balanced and then leave. To make that performance, we adapt to all who could and obtained as many boys as we could in the game. Work well done by everyone. We really played strong for four quarters.”
