New Hampshire tops List of the most friendly US states with cryptomonitres: study

A new classification of the US states. The state scores high due to its zero tax on capital gains, the lack of restrictive cryptographic regulation and a dense business network and automatic crypto-acceptaries.

The study, conducted by the ASICKEY Digital Mining Hardware manufacturer, evaluated the 50 states using seven weighted factors: capital gains tax, regulatory environment, cryptographic business adoption, work availability, automatic cashiers density, electricity cost and mining presence. Fiscal policy and commercial use received the greatest weight.

New Hampshire obtained the highest score: 71.22 of 100, with 4.4 cryptographic businesses and 9.3 ATMs per 100,000 people. Wyoming continued with a score of 61.89, thanks to the highest blockchain labor concentration throughout the country (118.4 percent), low energy costs and a minimum regulation.

Nevada, Texas and Alaska complete the first five. Each State has its own strengths: the Crypto-Acceptive Business Sector of Nevada, the important Mining Finger of Texas and the strong Blockchain labor market of Alaska, while benefiting from the tax on capital gains of 0%.

The study underlines how the tax structure and state policy shape the cryptographic landscape. States with favorable tax codes and clear regulatory routes seem to attract more infrastructure and employment creation, while high taxes or unclear rules can stop adoption.
