News Nets: Cowboys’ Ceedee Lamb expresses its support for Micah Parsons

Micah Parsons announced that he had requested an exchange of the Dallas Cowboys in a social media post on Friday and that his teammates have come out in support of him.

Parsons, 26, said after months of stagnant negotiations that “he no longer wants (s) to be” with the cowboys.

Parsons’ superstar teammate, Ceedee Lamb, went to X to express his support.

“Dawg never fails. He only pays man what you owe them. Without the need for the extra curricular,” Lamb wrote.

The corner of the cowboys, Trevon Diggs, the demarvion overshown supporter and the defensive Juanyeh Thomas changed their profile images in X to include Parsons.

In his publication, Parsons said he did everything possible to show that he wanted to keep the cowboys.

“Yes, I wanted to be here. I did my best to prove that I wanted to be a cowboy and use the star in my helmet. I wanted to play in front of the best fans in sports and make these Americas [sic] Equipment once again. The team that My Pops and I grew up encouraging in Harrisburg, pa. Unfortunately, I don’t want to be here anymore, “Parsons wrote in his publication.

“I no longer want to stop the negotiations of the doors without my present agent. I no longer want the shots to take me to injure while I put it in the line for the organization, our fans and my teammates. I no longer want the narratives to be created and propagated to the media about me. I had kept silently on purpose in order to do something.”

Parsons said he wanted to obtain a contract extension after his third season, when he was first eligible for such agreement, but the team had no interest. Parsons said he is “well with that” and directed his attention to the 2024 season.

However, once again, Parsons said there has been a “radio silence” of the cowboys regarding any possible extension of the contract after last season.

“However, it is not yet an email or text message to my agent about starting a negotiation. Until today, the team has not had a single conversation with my agent about starting a negotiation. My agent has not made a demand on the years of money or anything else,” Parsons wrote.

“I have made a difficult decision that I no longer want to play for the Dallas Cowboys. My commercial application has personally submitted to Stephen Jones,” Parsons concluded his publication.

Parsons has been one of the main host of passes since he was selected with the twelfth general selection in the NFL 2021 Draft outside Penn State. Parsons has done the pro Bowl in the four seasons of his career.

In 63 career games, Parsons has 52.5 captures with 172 solo tacle and nine forced loose balls. Last season, Parsons had 12 catches in 13 games.
