The last day of the NFL 2025 draft is over us, and these next four rounds will fly with perspectives in the hope that a dream will call their name to join them.
Among them is someone that nobody believes will go on day 3: Shedeur Sanders. The field marshal of the Colorado Buffaloes fell from the first round, and three more quarterback were taken in rounds 2 and 3 on Friday night, ending day 2 in complete shock.
But a field marshal from the Hall of Fame decided to send a Draft reminder not only to Sanders, but to all those who still expect to be selected.

Brett Favre, whom the Atlanta Falcons selected No. 33 in general in the 1991 NFL draft, published in X a couple of his famous photos of the Draft Day with an important message.
“Devils, I didn’t care when they recruited me, I just wanted a team to give me a chance wherever it was,” Favre wrote. “It is what you do when your name is # that matters, not when they took you.
The history of the NFL of Favre is also unique considering that the Falcons chief coach at that time, Jerry Glanville, did not approve the choice for the Southern Miss product. He even pointed out that he would take a plane accident even put Favre in a game.

Favre played in just two games, trying four passes, including the first, which was returned for a selection in week 11 against Washington.
“In addition to that, the team that recruited me did not even love me,” Favre added in his X post.

Fortunately for him, the Green Bay Packers thought to add it would benefit them. It turned out to be the correct movement of the GM Ron Wolf.
Favre won a Super Bowl, was called MVP three times and made 11 Pro Bowls about his 20 -year career worthy of the Hall of Fame.
Someone like Sanders would love to have the success that Favre did in his career, but it will be much later than the second round.
Experts and fans could not understand Sanders, whom some had as a first potential general selection when the university season ended, falling on day 3.

However, that is his reality and will have to have the same mentality as players such as Dak Prescott, Tom Brady and Kirk Cousins before him, all of whom were chosen in the last days of their respective drafts.
