More than 30 prospects realized their NFL dreams on Thursday night. For the next two days, hundreds will hear their names called as the NFL 2025 Draft continues.
Kelly Stafford, wife of the Super Bowl winner Marshal, Matthew Stafford, knows what it is like to support a soccer player during the Draft process. Matthew was the best choice in the 2009 draft.
During a recent edition of her “Morning After” podcast, Kelly was asked about where the night was the Detroit lions recruited her husband.
New York City organized the draft of that year, but Kelly said he was not in the event. Then he deepened that other important people should be included in the draft night.

“I don’t see why the boys do it because, if they are recruited, and you have your whole family, and you are in the draft, and you have your girlfriend and the bride in the photos of the draft. And then, suddenly, the bride has gone. Do you have no draft photos without a random girl, and I know that she is not random, but she could finally be.

The Staffords married in 2015 and share Four daughters.
Later, during the podcast, Kelly mentioned how the couples sometimes discuss whether to include the couple of a brother at the wedding party if the couple is not compromised.
“It’s like having your brother’s girlfriend at your wedding when they are not committed. And then, suddenly, do you know what I mean? You have all these photos with your family and the brother’s girlfriend, and not mine, because mine [brother Chad Hall] He married me with [sister-in-law] Rose, so we were fine. As, what happens if Rose did not marry Chad, and she is in all the photos of my wedding, “Kelly said?

Matthew spent the first 12 years of his career with the Lions. The Rams acquired Stafford in a success success that sent Detroit to Jared Goff.
While the “Morning After” podcast occasionally touches football, Stafford and Coanfrerion Henry Winchester address a wide range of other topics, including navigation of friendships and the raising of children.
“I am very vulnerable throughout this podcast,” Kelly explained, “because I feel safe in this community, that’s why I love.”
