The long wait for Shedeur Sanders finally came to an end on Saturday afternoon.
The Cleveland Browns negotiated in the fifth round to select Sanders. Shortly after learning about his NFL career he would start in Cleveland, Sanders shared a short but emotional message in X: “Thank God.”

Deion Sanders, the father of Shedeurs and the chief coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, previously offered some tips for the aspiring quarters of the NFL. Sanders’ message belonged to the Browns, and began to recirculate shortly after his son was recruited by the same franchise.

The Browns used the general selection number 1 in the field marshal Baker Mayfield the month after the publication of social networks mentioned in Sanders in 2018.
