Carter is the best defensive consensus line prospect, and many believe he can emulate what Micah Parsons has given the Dallas Cowboys since he entered the League.

Carter will join with two of the best defenders of the League, the edge of Brian Burns edge and the Dexter Lawrence defensive Tackle.
