But he is not just a two -way player, he is a two -way superstar.

As an open receiver, Hunter had 92 trapped for 1,152 yards and 14 total touchdowns. Hunter won the Biletnikoff award as the best open receiver in the nation.

Hunter also won the Bednarik award as the best defensive player in the country, becoming the first player to win both Bednarik and Biletnikoff.

As a corner, Hunter had 31 tacle, 11 pass deviations and four interceptions, anchoring the defense of Colorado.

Hunter and Campo Mariscal Shedeur Sanders took Colorado to a 9-3 record, and the team fell just below the Big 12 championship game.

However, some have argued that Hunter should prioritize the corner and let out open receiver as a last moment idea.

The former open receiver of the NFL and the three -time Super Bowl champion, Ed McCaffrey, told Pak Gazette Digital that Hunter is more valuable as a corner, and does not expect Hunter to play everyone in the offensive and defense in professionals, what Hunter often did in college.

“Personally … I think at this time it provides a greater value in the corner position, I do not see any scenario in which I do not leave the field in the NFL, I do not think it is possible. Maybe for a game or occasionally you could play a significant number of snapshots in the NFL, but in the long term, I do not think you can hold,” McCaffrey said.

“It is different in college when you are significantly better and more physically endowed than the boys you are facing. When you get to the NFL, there is not so much gap in talent.”

Hunter himself has rejected the idea of playing only one position in the NFL.

The next rookie said that “he would never play football again” if the coaches told him that he only concentrated on playing corner or open receiver.

“He will never play football again,” said Hunter previously CBS Sports. “Because I’ve been doing it all my life, and I love being in the football field. I feel that I could master each side of the ball, so I really enjoy doing it.”
