The San Francisco 49ers exchanged a first round of 2021 and two future first round and third round selections to the Miami Dolphins to select the Trey Lance NO. 3 Marshal in the Draft that year.
The team apparently thought that Lance was the field marshal of his future. He was a prominent field marshal in the state of North Dakota, launching for 2,786 yards and 28 TouchDown passes while running for 1,100 more yards in his single full season with the border in 2019.

The “franchise field marshal” could never be used for Lance during its time with the 49ers, or in the NFL for the case.
The Quarterback, once again sought, hit free agency in the low season after a period with the Dallas Cowboys. On Wednesday, TSN reported that Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Soccer League added to Lance its negotiation list. The CFL team will have exclusive rights if Lance decides to play north of the border.
Lance began his rookie season as a support of Jimmy Garoppolo and could only start two games. He was appointed the Marshal of the Titular Field in 2022, but an injury in week 2 cost him the season. When he was in full health, Brock Purdy had taken control of the initial work.

He had the opportunity to revive his NFL career with the cowboys, but rarely came to the field, since he was caught behind Dak Prescott and Cooper Rush in the depth table.
Dallas liberated in Lance in the low season.
However, all hope is not lost. Lance is back in the field, working to try to return to the NFL. Playing at the CFL is far from shitting in a player’s career.
Lance’s father, Carlton, played at the CFL with the Roughriders. Quarterbacks as recently as Jeff García and Doug Flutie have played in the CFL. The member of the Profíse football hall, Warren Moon, also played in the League.

It is not clear what it will make now. The 24 -year -old player’s career is far from finishing.
