Aaron Rodgers is still a free agent, and the four times MVP is still being linked to the Pittsburgh Steelers in the rumors of free agency.
The star supporter of the Steelers, Alex Highsmith, said that the rumors of the rodgers are not a distraction for the team.
“I feel that in the costumes and things, we are working there, and I think that’s what really about Network’s insiders” on Thursday.

“I know that if he signs, we will definitely be excited to have it. We know who he is. He is a field marshal in the Hall of Fame. He is one of the best to do it. I would not say that it is a distraction at all, but we all know what kind of field marshal it is and what it contributes to the table.”
The Steelers last season had 10-7 with Russell Wilson and Justin Fields as their title field marshal throughout the season. However, both Wilson and Fields departed in free agency.
Fields left for the New York Jets and Wilson went to the New York giants.

The steelers have three quarterbacks on their list: Mason Rudolph, Skylar Thompson and the Selection of the Sixth Round Draft Will Howard. Highsmith is excited by who is the team’s field marshal in week 1.
“I think we just try to give our best foot forward every day, as with who is in the building at this time. I know that Mason is there, he has done a great job. The boys are gathering around them and, as I said, he has been with us before and the boys know him, Pittsburgh fans know him,” Highsmith said.
“The way it helped us end in 2023 was incredible. It doesn’t matter who is there for us, either he or if Aaron Rodgers will come, I am excited. Whoever is there, we will have our backs and we will meet behind them. Just excited for whoever it is.”

With the jets last season, Rodgers launched for 3,987 yards, 28 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in 17 games.
It remains to be seen if Rodgers decides to play in 2025 or retire after a 20 -year race that is destined for Canton.
Highsmith, in five seasons with the Steelers, has had 35.5 captures in 77 race games and is a key gear in its defense.
