The selection of the Raiders of Los Vegas, Ashton Jeanty, was also among those affected by the joke call epidemic that reached the perspectives of the NFL.

“A guy called me that he said: ‘Yes … we just exchange with the Raiders, and you are reaching the cowboys,” he said in the podcast “stacking the box.” “I just hanged, brother. I thought: ‘come on, brother'”.
Jeanty said before the draft that it would have been a dream to play for the cowboys since he grew up in Frisco, Texas, before committing to Boise State for the university.

“I would love to play for cowboys,” Dallas-Forth Worth told NBC. “It would be like a dream come true. Obviously, I used to play in its practice stadium, and all our games at home in high school, even in my first year when we get here for the Frisco Bowl, we practice there again.
“So, it would seem that I am at home, honestly. I will not say too much, but Dallas, they have always had a good corridor, and when they have a good corridor, they play much better.”
The Raiders were the next best option.
Jeanty was far from being the only player to be borrowed. The most infamous call was made to Shedeur Sanders while sliding to the fifth round. It was revealed that the culprit was the son of the defensive coordinator of the Falcones of Atlanta, Jeff Ulbrich.

The Falcons were fined $ 250,000 and the coach was beaten with a fine of $ 100,000.
