The New York Giants chief coach Brian Daboll officially called Russell Wilson, the team’s holding seafood at his press conference before the training camp began on Wednesday.
Wilson, 36, was selected to start Jameis Winston, whom the team also signed in the free agency, and the first round Jaxson Dart.
“These boys will be here competing, but Russ is our headline,” Daboll said through ESPN.

Wilson spent last season with the Pittsburgh Steelers and had a 6-5 record in 11 games with them. 10 times PRO Bowler completed 63.7% of its passes for 2,482 yards with 16 touchdowns and five interceptions last season.
