The open receiver of the Minnesota Vikings, Jordan Addison, was suspended three games for violating NFL’s personal behavior policy after a position was not declared for a minor position last month in a 2024 DUI case, the NFL announced Tuesday.
In July 2024, the 23-year-old professional was found asleep in the driver’s seat of his white rolls-royce after the California road patrol responded to a report from a disabled vehicle that blocks a lane, and was arrested.

Addison agreed on what is known as “wet reckless”, in California, which is a guilt treatment in which a person accused of a DUI accepts a lower minor crime of reckless driving. The “wet” indicates that alcohol or drugs were involved.

Because Addison was not declared a contest, he avoided the trial after facing two minor crimes for his arrest on July 12, 2024.
Addison’s lawyer, Jacqueline Sparagna, said he will pay a fine and complete two courses in line with the expectation that his probation will be shortened from 12 to six months.

Addison can play at the Vikings preseason games against the Houston Texans, New England Patriots and Tennessee Titans.
The three regular seasonal games that Addison will miss are against the Chicago Bears, Atlanta Falcons and the Cincinnati Bengals.
JJ McCarthy, who will be the team’s headquarters and will make his first start of the race in week 1, will be without one of his best weapons to start the season. The open receiver superstar Justin Jefferson and Addison combine to form one of the strongest wide wide receiver in the NFL.

Last season, in 15 games, Addison had 63 trapped for 875 yards and nine touchdowns. Jefferson, on the other hand, played in the 17 games last season and had 103 trapped for 1,533 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Addison has had an inclination to find the final area in his first two seasons of his career, since he has 19 career receiving TouchDowns.
