The ESPN expert, Stephen A. Smith, started the Cleveland Browns Campo Marshal, Dillon Gabriel, after the rookie shot in the media after the team’s game against the Eagles Philadelphia.
Initially, it was thought that Gabriel’s initial comments about “artists” and “competitors” during Saturday’s game were about Shedeur Sanders. However, he clarified during the press conference after the game that the comments were about the media.

Smith said in “First Toma”, he knew that the comments were not about Sanders. Even so, he called Gabriel’s comments about the “stupid” media.
“I never thought I was talking about Shedeur Sanders. I thought it totally when he said he was talking about the media. I want to get that first,” Smith said. “I think that when you heard the comparisons, I think the comparisons emanated from the media more than anyone … having said that, Dillon Gabriel, respectfully, was stupid. A very silly comment to do.
“First, in all areas of life far beyond the parameters of the football field that people compete. We compete here on television. You compete with radio programs. You compete on Wall Street. Buy Madison Avenue. Everything, especially in the United States, in regards to a capitalist society, involves competition. To the victims of the competition. Treaty in a different way. Echo of the mentality of all of America, practically and certainly, the world, since we see that things are increasingly globalized every day. “

Smith told him, for him, the comment was a reverberation for the pressure that Gabriel was feeling in his battle of Mariscal de Campo with Sanders. He warned the former Oregon Ducks star that is better to be prepared for the highest level of scrutiny that occurred to him.
“It was a stupid, idiot and immature comment because you were clearly feeling heat because many people were talking about how Shedeur should be the QB No. 2. But I know I wasn’t talking about Shedeur Sanders,” Smith added. “I was talking about the media. But here is the problem: now the level of scrutiny has increased on their way because the media, including myself, listened to what you said.
“So, in other words, ‘it’s entertainment, it’s not competition.’
Gabriel had 13 of 18 passes with 143 yards and an interception.
