The newly careful member of the Fame Hall of Football Jared Allen tried to make his bag of sacks for the last time on Friday night during the gold jacket dinner, but his pants did not cooperate.

Allen, 43, was on stage with his family when he celebrated: getting down to a knee and then pointing out with his hands.

The great Minnesota Vikings stood up, grabbed the back of his leg and realized that he had ripped out his pants. Days later, Allen reacted to the incident, explaining that he was simply “caught at the time.”

“They caught me at the time of Friday night during the golden jacket dinner and left the stage and decided to make my bag for the last time, and I should have listened to my wife,” Allen said during an appearance on Tuesday in “Fox & Friends.”

“I left the stage and she says: ‘What are you thinking? Those are tight pants, you know that it will not work for you'”.

The rash in Allen’s pants extended from his rear to about the back of his kneecap.

Allen was included in the Professional Soccer Hall of Fame together with Sterling Sharpe, Eric Allen and Antonio Gates.

In his 12 -year career, Allen played for four teams. He spent six seasons with the Vikings, four with the bosses of Kansas City, parts of two seasons with the Chicago Bears and part of a season with the Carolina Panthers.

The Chiefs selected Allen in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft outside the Idaho state.

In 187 race games, the five times Pro Bowler had 648 cup combined with 136 captures, six interceptions (one returned for a touchdown), 32 forced loose balls and 19 loose balls recovered, and has the record of all NFL time with four securities.

Allen led the NFL in captures twice, with 15.5 in 2007 and 22 in 2011.
