The open receiver of the Washington commanders, Terry McLaurin, is not happy with the way in which their contract extension conversations go with the team.
McLaurin, 29, delivered one of the best seasons of his career last year and was a key part to help commanders arrive at the NFC championship game.
McLaurin transported 82 trapped for 1,096 yards and had 13 touchdowns in his career. In the playoffs, he continued to produce while caughting 14 passes for 227 yards and had three touchdowns in three playoff games.

McLaurin made the Pro Bowl last season, the second selection of his career, and now seeks to be paid as one of the best receivers in the NFL.
McLaurin has a remaining year in the extension of the three -year contract and $ 68 million signed in June 2022.
Ohio’s former state star said he has been “quite frustrated” with the negotiation process.

“I’ve been quite frustrated, I’m not going to lie,” McLaurin told journalists on Tuesday. “Everything that has happened to this point has been disappointing and frustrating. I wanted to continue my career here. I created my life here. My wife and I bought our first house here, so this is a place where I have always wanted to be.”
Before signing its first extension of the contract in 2022, McLaurin skipped the mandatory mini -family, since he endured a better treatment. He said he has not decided if the training camp will be skipped if their frustrations continue.

“I haven’t decided that yet,” McLaurin said. “I am trying to take things day by day. I think that is the disappointing part in which I expected to this point that things would be clarified much more than they have done. I have not yet made that decision. I just want to see how the rest of this week is going and take it day by day and go from there.”
McLaurin emerged as the best weapon of the Mariscal de Campo Jayden Daniels last season, and has been the receptor n. ° 1 in the commanders throughout their six years of career.
