The Tennessee Titans became the first team to make an in-season head coaching change on Monday, parting ways with Brian Callahan, the team announced.
The Titans started 1-5 through the first six weeks of the season. The only victory came thanks to some mistakes by the Arizona Cardinals in Week 5.
Callahan was in the middle of his second season leading the Titans. He was 4-19 in 23 games.
