Travis Kelce released his intentions that will return for the 2025 NFL season with the Kansas City bosses.
It seems that a part of that equation is an unfinished business after a crushing loss against Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl Lix, a game that is still accumulating its brain.
The last episode of the podcast “New Heights” saw the future closed wing of the Hall of Fame admit by hating what he saw in the tape of himself during defeat 40-22, where he only had four trapped for 39 yards.

“I feel that I owe the boys who enter that building with much more effort and focus,” Kelce told his older brother, Jason, while talking about returning for his 13th season in the league.
“I just don’t know what was during that game, man. I wasn’t at my best. The more I see clips or I look at the movie or return me to those moments, man, I’m like, ‘What is F —?'”

Kelce admitted that they analyzed the tape too much to see where he was wrong, but his older brother, now he retired after a race in the Hall of Fame with the Eagles, advised not to do exactly that.
The advice was in vain.
“That is the way I find motivation,” Travis said about the overdraft. “This is how I believe the beast. This is how the switch turns.”
Travis is clearly willing to let the beast be released for the 2025 season with its intentions released. In fact, he said he feels that he could even play a “level higher than last year.”

“I don’t think so [Super Bowl LIX] It was my best exit, “he admitted.” I think I disappointed my boys in many more moments than I helped them, especially if you look at my history and how I have been in past years.
“I have a bad taste in my mouth in how I ended the year and how well I was playing and how responsible it was for the people around me.”
Travis also mentioned Kansas City and the community that has come to welcome him with open arms, as well as him impacting him through philanthropic works. That played a factor in him wanting to go through another season.
Kelce only has one year left in his deal with the Chiefs before becoming a free agent in 2026, which would be his 37 -year season if he decides to continue playing.

“I cannot say whether or not it will be the last year because I still love what I do for the city and the organization of the Chiefs. I know that I got one in my contract, and I will give them everything I have, baby,” Travis told the fans of the Chiefs.
