The Kansas City Chiefs exceeded a careless game to collect their first victory of the season against New York giants on Sunday night, 22-9.
The chiefs seemed incredibly stagnant in the first half. Kansas City was having difficulty discovering the defense of the giants and several players were dropping some key passes. Everything changed in the second half, since Patrick Mahomes found a rhythm and holes in the high school of the giants.

Mohomes found Tyquan Thornton for a 5 -yard touchdown in the third quarter to give the Chiefs a 10 -point mattress against the giants. After New York reduced the seven -point deficit, Mohamses needed to make a play for Kansas City to return to the board.
He found Thornton again for a 33 -yard pass to the 1 yard line. Thornton made an acrobatic play, which established the Kareem Hunt corridor for a touchdown from the goal line.
Travis Kelce’s own frustrations wounded in the first half. As he left the field after a trip in the second quarter, he and Andy Reid seemed to have words between them. He renamed his efforts in the second half and had a third key capture in the TouchDown campaign of the team in the third quarter.

Kansas City remained firm even when Russell Wilson guided the team in the field at the end of the last quarter. The defense frustrated the veteran field marshal sufficiently to look like a tone of itself of last week.
Mahomes finished 22 of 37 with 224 air yards and a lonely touchdown pass. Thornton led the Chiefs with five trapped for 71 yards and the score. Kelce had four trapped for 26 yards.
The defense of the bosses kept Wilson to 160 air yards. He was fired twice.
The rookie of the giants, Cam Skattebo, may have been the only brilliant point for the giants. He had 60 yards by land in 10 haules and a touchdown. He also led the team with six trapped for 61 yards.
