Nick Jonas has explained how he and his brothers came up with the idea of making a Christmas movie.
The 33-year-old rock star along with his brothers Joe and Kevin made a movie called A very Jones Christmas movie which was released on November 14.
While talking about the project, Jonas shared the idea behind making the film. He has a deep connection with his daughter Malti Marie.
The three brothers, with this film, wanted to make their children proud. They wanted to make something for their kids to watch later and share with their friends.
He explained: “We’re at a point in our life and career where, you know, we’re 20 years into our career and we still think there’s a long way to go.”
He rock camp star said Extra, “But when we do things like a Christmas movie or when we make our albums or write our songs, now we think about that long-term journey, and our kids not only see it, but they feel proud of it and share it with their friends.”
Making a Christmas movie was like giving your kids something to always remember them by, since those movies last forever.
“Christmas movies last forever and that was something we were really excited about,” Nick added.
On the work front, the Jonas brothers just wrapped up the North American leg of their JONAS20 tour.
