Nicole Kidman finds comfort in connection as her divorce progresses, and she has a surprising lunch companion in mind.
The Oscar-winning actress revealed that she would love to sit down with singer Lily Allen, who is also going through a breakup, while speaking to The Hollywood Reporter for its edition The 100 Most Powerful Women in Entertainment.
When asked who she would like to have at her dream table, Kidman mentioned several well-known names before including Allen.
“Lily Allen, Spike Jonze, Matthieu Blazy, [Sandra] Bullock, Joey King and Pope Leo, all at one table,” he said.
The comment comes at a time when both she and the Smile The hitmaker is undergoing much-publicized personal changes.
Allen has addressed his breakup in his own way, through music.
Although she doesn’t mention David Harbor directly, she sings about an “open” relationship and a couple who “lost their way” on the track. Dallas Mayor.

Harbor has not publicly responded to the album or her split from Allen.
With Kidman expressing interest in meeting Allen, it seems like both women will soon have someone who understands exactly what they’re going through, even if the first step is simply going to lunch.
