The requirements, as described on the Nintendo frequently asked questions, are simple:

- You must have received any Nintendo Switch Nintendo online membership for a minimum of 12 months
- You must have chosen to share game data and have at least 50 hours of total game schedule.
This is not “one of the above.” They are all.

Nintendo Switch was notoriously limited in supply for years and took an eternity to overcome its predecessor, Nintendo Wii, in sales.
If Nintendo succeeds in selling mainly real and motivated buyers, that equation can change, and we could move from lots to complete availability and make Nintendo Switch 2 exceed the original Nintendo Switch in sales in a very short time.
In general, this applaud and I hope we see similar loyalty programs applied to PlayStation 6 and Future Xbox launches. It may not be to do it with Apple’s first folding iPhone and Samsung’s first triple either.
