Now it could be the perfect time to attack and buy one of the RX 9070 XT graphics cards of AMD, since the price of this GPU has recently decreased, and it is likely to increase later in 2025.

Remember that Windows 10 will reach the end of the support in October 2025, so this will be a factor in the fourth quarter, since organizations impose orders for the new hardware, which increases demand. Consumers will also play with that demand to a lesser extent.
The third factor in the game with potential price increases is that during the third quarter of 2025, they tell us that reserves of components prior to the rate are dried. All this adds to a gloomy image for the supply and demand of the fourth quarter, which increases prices not only in RX 9070 XT, but in all GPUs and, in fact, in many other components.
What happens if there are offers achieved and all Trump rates disappear later in 2025? Even in that case, due to the nature of the shipping electronics and the long transport times associated with the load ships, we cannot expect any stock relief or prices to be materialized in 2025.

The final result of MLID, based on all the conversations it has had with sources in retail and distribution trade, is that we are probably seeing price increases from 10% to 30% in several technological goods, including GPUs. This means that RX 9070 XT seems a more tempting perspective, especially if you consider that this month you can see the cheapest price you will get for this excellent AMD GPU. Although yes, the fact that it is still for MSRP can be annoying, I do not deny it, but the 9070 XT is still much cheaper than the rival RTX 5070 TI, and a much better value proposal in general.
And speaking of that graphics card (also highly qualified) Nvidia, MLID points out that retail sources indicate that the RTX 5070 TI is also sold better now, and apparently it is matching 9070 xt in some retailers (although AMD is still ahead in others). That is still a victory for AMD, of course, that in terms of general participation in the desktop GPU market is far behind Nvidia.
Another thought that can happen for you is: What about Black Friday for RX 9070 XT at the end of this year? Given all this talk, I would not have anything convincing that happens there, especially because graphics cards are never one of the strongest areas for price reduction in that sale.
