Nvidia has confirmed that in just a couple of weeks, you can pre-order laptops that come with their new RTX 5000 series GPU.
Team Green made the announcement in X (as highlighted by Videcardz), with NVIDIA noting that laptop manufacturers will have early orders live for games notebooks that pack the latest Blackwell graphics cards from February 25.

Previously, Nvidia had revealed her Blackwell Mobile GPU in CES 2025, and they told us that March was the month of launch when the notebooks with these cards in them would be sent.
