- Nvidia has revealed that the RTX 5070 TI goes on sale on February 20
- On March 5, RTX 5070 follows, although Nvidia originally said that this GPU would arrive in February, as well as the TI
- The rumor factory predicted the launch date of RTX 5070 TI, and the delay in early March for RTX 5070, the rumors factory
Nvidia has confirmed the launch dates of its RTX 5070 graphics cards, with the RTX 5070 TI arriving as planned in February, but with the Vanilla RTX 5070 it was pushed a bit to March, since the rumors had already insisted in the case.
Nvidia updated its official website for RTX 5070 models with the exact dates, which are February 20 for RTX 5070 TI, and on March 5 for RTX 5070.
Team Green also published in X to reveal the information about the RTX 5070 TI, and how the graphics card comes from peak manufacturers and third party PC builders; Remember, this variant will not have an edition of Founders of Nvidia.

The RTX 5070, on the other hand, will have an edition of Founders, but will be waiting for a couple more weeks to try to order that, or try to obtain a third -party graphics card.
Attempt Being the word operational here, since it remains to be seen what type of stock levels will launch the RTX 5070 models.
ANALYSIS: Rumors were correct
It is not particularly well that when all new Blackwell graphics cards were revealed in CES 2025, Nvidia said that both RTX 5070 variants had to arrive in February at some point (without giving any specific dates). Shortly after, there were early rumors that suggested that the RTX 5070 version would not be delayed in early March, and that is exactly what happened.
Why (mild) delay, then? Could this be to execute the interference with the launch of AMD RX 9070 in some way, which is also in March? I doubt that there is a more likely turn of events when considering the most recent development with the vine talk. Namely, the history sunk today on the RTX 5070 stock is possibly very thin on the ground, potentially a situation similar to what we have seen with RTX 5090 and 5080.
Now, that is just a rumor, and I do not say it is correct, but it certainly makes sense when everything together in the cold light of the day. Given Nvidia’s stock problems, they have been quite disastrous so far, if RTX 5070 arrived in healthy quantities, it would be a surprise. Certainly, it is a credible theory that vanilla 5070 should be delayed a bit to ensure that a decent average amount of these graphics cards ends on the shelves.
The other problem with the RTX 5070 is that, given its most affordable price, this GPU will have a much greater demand than any of the Blackwell graphics cards that we have seen so far, which makes a more strict offer a potentially worse scenario.
In addition, keep in mind that the same rumor that was right about the RTX 5070 delay also suggested that RTX 5060 has also been delayed (from March to April).
Naturally, stay skeptical in that Pepita RTX 5060 in particular, but the other widely widespread rumor, which will launch the RTX 5070 TI on February 20, also turned out to be correct. In summary, the rumor seems to have nailed what is happening with the Blackwell GPU incoming so far, so at this point, I am not betting against.
