Jacy Jayne has been NXT Women’s Champion for over 130 days and has every belief in the world that her reign will remain intact once Stand & Deliver ends on Saturday night.
Jayne’s hopes of going one-on-one against Kendal Gray or Lola Vice were dashed on Wednesday when NXT general manager Rob Stone announced she will defend the title in a triple threat match. Gray and Vice’s fight to determine a number one contender ended in controversy when one competitor surrendered and the other was pinned.

To make things right, Stone put both challengers in the match against Jayne at Stand & Deliver.
Jayne told Pak Gazette Digital before the decision was made that no matter who she faced, she was sure she would come out victorious.
“No, because I already beat them both,” he said when asked if it mattered who he was going to face. “So, I’m going to do the same thing I’ve done in the past and I’m going to win and still be the NXT Women’s Champion.”
Jayne is in her second run as NXT Women’s Champion. He defeated Tatum Paxley at NXT Gold Rush in November to fuel the next reign. She is one of four women to hold the NXT Women’s Championship at least twice. Roxanne Perez, Charlotte Flair and Shayna Baszler achieved the feat.

The New Jersey native relishes the opportunity to be NXT Women’s Champion and prove the doubters wrong.
“Well, I feel like I was severely underestimated and people doubted me and when I won the title, they were like, ‘What the hell is going on? Why Jacy?’ And I think over the last 10 to 11 months that I’ve been champion, I’ve proven everyone wrong,” she told Pak Gazette Digital.
“I was always destined for this place. It was just a matter of time. I was waiting for my right moment and I love proving people wrong and I love making grown men cry.”
