NYT Connections Today (game #705) – The answers
The responses to today’s connections, game #705 are …
- Yellow: Types of plants Grass, bush, tree, vine
- Green: DiscontinĂº Dissolve, end, scrap, sunset
- Blue: associated with bulls Michael Jordan, Rodeo, Taurus, Wall Street
- Purple: completion with construction materials Hollywood, Hourglass, Kubrick, Neuroplastic
- My qualification: Moderate
- My score: 1 error
Seeing Hollywood and came next to each other along with Sunset convinced me that we were looking for famous streets of Los Angeles.
Unable to think of a room, I added Kubrick to the group, reasoning that the great director must have a path that bears his name somewhere, it turns out that he does, but Stanley Kubrick Avenue is in Denham on the outskirts of London, England instead of California.
After this ding, I went for the most obvious types of plants and suspended, which suspended my street search.
I could not see the connection very obvious with Michael Jordan and Bulls, a group of classic connections of four very different things with something in common, but instead I saw the least obvious ending with the construction materials after looking at the Word Watch of sand for too long.
How did you do it today? Avise me in the comments below.

What are NYT connections?
Nyt Connections is one of the several increasingly popular words games made by the New York Times. It challenges him to find groups of four elements that share something in common, and each group has a different level of difficulty: green is easy, yellow a little harder, blue often quite hard and purple generally very difficult.
On the positive side, he technically does not need to solve the end, since he can answer it for an elimination process. In addition, you can make up to four mistakes, which gives you some space to breathe.
However, it is a bit more involved than something like Wordle, and there are many opportunities for the game to move you with tricks. For example, be careful with homophones and other words games that could disguise the answers.
It is playable for free through the Nyt Games site in desktop or mobile.
