The connections reach the number 600 with a classic set of humor, grammar, play on persistent words and questions about “The Fourth Word”.
Just as there are 40 different words for “snow” in Finland, there are dozens for “nose” in English, particularly for the largest nozzle, of which Schnozz (derived from the word Yiddish Shnoits, for the snout) is one of the best .
Naturally, with peak, butter and breast in the initial grid, I momentarily thought that “chicken” was a link. Meanwhile, Trunk could have found in the list of the nose and storage containers.
My fourth problem of the fourth word today is Snob. It is included in a list that includes connoisseur and expert, which is interesting, since it is generally a word associated with optimistic people who rule out things for frivolous reasons (often price or reputation). Being classified as those who have a demanding flavor is exactly how an snob would be justified. Perhaps including academic, amateur or devotee would have done things too easy. Or maybe those words are not good enough for connections?
How did you do it today? Avise me in the comments below.

- Purple: Starting with European capitals Bernie, Parish, Rigatoni, Romeo
What are NYT connections?
Nyt Connections is one of the several increasingly popular words games made by the New York Times. It challenges him to find groups of four elements that share something in common, and each group has a different level of difficulty: green is easy, yellow a little harder, blue often quite hard and purple generally very difficult.
On the positive side, he technically does not need to solve the end, since he can answer it for an elimination process. In addition, you can make up to four mistakes, which gives you some space to breathe.
However, it is a bit more involved than something like Wordle, and there are many opportunities for the game to move you with tricks. For example, be careful with homophones and other words games that could disguise the answers.
It is playable for free through the Nyt Games site in desktop or mobile.
