NYT Connections Today (game #595) – The answers
The responses to today’s connections, game #595 are …
- Yellow: ways to get food Farm, fish, collection, hunting
- Green: Stay separate Clausster, isolated, separate, silo
- Blue: parts of a large platform Axes, hitch, tractor, trailer
- Purple: dance events Plus a letter BALLY, DISCOG, PROMOTION, CUERVO
- My qualification: Moderate
- My score: Perfect
Pure Luck surpassed the line without making any mistake today. I had no idea what a great platform is, but the axes, the hitch and the trailer sounded as if they were part of something mechanical and I took a risk when adding tractor.
I would never have received dance events plus a letter. I am trying to wire my connection thinking process, so I see these difficult groups, but I always go to the most obvious links, and in this case I was thinking that the promotion and Discog had something to do with music; In the past, when I was a musical journalist, we had called for discography of an artist His Discog, and a promotion was an album that would send you before the official launch. The real connection was inevitably a little more complicated!
How did you do it today? Avise me in the comments below.

What are NYT connections?
Nyt Connections is one of the several increasingly popular words games made by the New York Times. It challenges him to find groups of four elements that share something in common, and each group has a different level of difficulty: green is easy, yellow a little harder, blue often quite hard and purple generally very difficult.
On the positive side, he technically does not need to solve the end, since he can answer it for an elimination process. In addition, you can make up to four mistakes, which gives you some space to breathe.
However, it is a bit more involved than something like Wordle, and there are many opportunities for the game to move you with tricks. For example, be careful with homophones and other words games that could disguise the answers.
It is playable for free through the Nyt Games site in desktop or mobile.
