NYT Strands Today (game #455) – The answers
The responses to today’s threads, game #455, are …
- BAIL
- COURTROOM
- ALIBI
- MOTION
- OBJECTION
- Spangram: Your honor
- My qualification: Moderate
- My score: 1 track
The theme “All Rise” immediately made me think that we were looking for terms related to judges, juries and judgments. I couldn’t see any search word, so I used a track to start hunting. The bond did not open the board exactly, but seeing the court.
After some easy editions, this threads was much more a challenge: the objection was my last word, but it took time to download the anagram and then connect the letters.
Today’s Spangram, his honor, is also the title of a television program that has an excellent opening episode on a crime, a compromised judge and the manufacture of a alibi. The jury is in the rest of the series.
How did you do it today? Avise me in the comments below.
