NYT Strands Today (game #425) – The answers
The responses to today’s threads, game #425 are …
- WARBLER
- LARK
- SPARROW
- WREN
- CARDINAL
- ARREST
- Spangram: Songbirds
- My qualification: Easy
- My score: Perfect
I just spent a few very happy minutes listening to all these singing birds on YouTube.
Living in the city, I really do not listen to many birds, apart from the doves that work and the crazy people in our street with a rooster (fortunately, it is a bit lazy and does not start its rooster until 11 in the morning).
Of all the birds in the search, my favorite is the cardinal, which not only looks fantastic, but also has a lot of repertoire of repeated songs. I am also a Chickadee fan, who should really be called Chickadee-of seeing, since they are so interested in repeated whistles.
In general, a very simple thread with little on the path of words or confusing patterns. It is not exactly a trill-e, but very soothing.
How did you do it today? Avise me in the comments below.
Yesterday’s Nyt Strands responses (Thursday, May 1, game #424)
