After a series of easy editions, today’s threads presented a challenge, well, at least he did for me.
I had to resort to a couple of clues to complete the puzzle and they presented me two batteries of letters that ended up being stethoscope and thermometer. They should have gone to the end and include a sphygmomanometer.
Today’s theme, of course, caused memories of pretending to be seriously injured so that my daughters could hurry at their cardboard room and perform a variety of experimental surgical procedures on me with their plastic doctor kit. Fortunately, I survived without too many scars.
