NYT Strands Today (Game #614): The Answers
The answers to today’s Strands game number 614 are…
- SAMBA
- TANGO
- DIP
- TEXAN
- MARIACHI
- REGGAETON
- SPANGRAM: LATIN MUSIC
- My rating: Hard
- My score: 2 tracks
It took me a while to “find the rhythm”, but SAMBA hidden in the top left corner was a big help to get me going.
After this, I found the most obvious forms of LATIN MUSIC – with easy TANGO and SALSA – but used two tracks to get closer to completion.
The longest word in the game, REGGAETON, was the hardest for me to pronounce, even though it was simple from left to right. I’ll chalk it up to musical ignorance and starting the day early.
Answers from yesterday’s NYT Strands (Thursday, November 6, game #613)
- MAGIC
- ENGINE
- WINDY
- EMERALD
- ETERNAL
- MUSIC
- GOLDEN
- SPANGRAM: NICKNAME
