When you hear a word in the first second, you know you’re in for an easy ride and that was the case for me today after receiving COMB the instant I looked at the board.
That’s not to say I didn’t encounter a couple of bumps along the way.
To start, I could see that the spangram started with INTHE but it took me a while to complete INTHEMIRROR. Then I got hooked on the fact that “beauty” was coming back as a non-play word, not initially realizing we were looking for BEAUTY.
